Now more than ever, small independent film festivals are crucial to the cultural landscape of our city. By supporting SSIFF to take creative risks, we allow filmmakers to grow and thrive. Our filmmakers come from all over the world and we are able to see how they live, how they experience the world around them which could be so different from our little corner of the earth.
